US Interactive provides a customized solution that integrates third-party data and biometric voice recognition. This solution allows your company to present authentication questions generated by our Fraud Management Platform. To facilitate this process, USI will provide your company with the questions to be asked along with an answer set for each question. This will allow your company to control when and which questions are asked. Question responses can be submitted back to USI at any time for comparison.

USI's customer validation solutions provide language-independent security for call centers and uses biometrics and password protection to identify callers before granting access. This solution matches the caller's voiceprint to a stored pattern then asks the customer for one or more passwords, depending on security levels.
