AARP is a nonprofit, nonpartisan membership organization that helps people 50 and older improve the quality of their lives.
From over 25 companies responding to AARP's Request for Proposal for an online driver safety program, US Interactive was honored to be selected by AARP to be their call center and software vendor of choice. For AARP, we develop online courseware, provide website design, 24-hour customer support, live chat and email support, automated identity validation services, and we also host a number of other AARP programs in our data facility. We also provide fulfillment services to handle overflow from AARP’s Lakewood certificate facility.
AAA
AAA, or the American Automobile Association, is a nonprofit automobile club that provides many auto-related services to its members.
Based on our success with AARP, our company was chosen to develop, design, and support AAA and AARP's CarFit website. We designed the site to match the CarFit program's existing marketing material, and provide hosting and data management services that support over 1,000 volunteers nationwide.
Blockbuster Video
Blockbuster Video is a leading provider of in-home movie and game entertainment, with over 7,200 stores throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
US Interactive has been providing educational and service products to Blockbuster Video for over 15 years. USI also provides customer support, live chat and email support, point-of-sale design, and fulfillment services for those products.
MovieCube
MovieCube provides over 4,000 DVD rental kiosks in grocery stores across the United States.
We provide call center support, software development, hosting, IT infrastructure, and technical support services to The New Release's Moviecube.
Pappas Restaurants
The Pappas family of restaurants has over 60 locations in Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Beaumont, Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, and Phoenix.
US Interactive provides training products for Pappas restaurants which include alcohol server training. We support these training products through our call center services, live chat and email support. We also provide detailed progress reporting, identity validation, and fulfillment services.
Stripes
The Stripes chain of convenience stores operates in over 500 locations throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
We were selected as the vendor of choice to provide training certification products for over 3000 Stripes employees. We support these training products through our call center, chat and email support, and provide fullfilment services.
Online Defensive Driving
Online defensive driving courses through eDriving.com offer online defensive driving and traffic school courses that are approved in several states, as well as a nationwide program, to help teach fundamental concepts of driving to students through an online medium.
We developed an online course system that provides user account management and tracking, identity validation through both third-party validation and biometric voice verification, e-commerce processing, and the support of our fully-staffed call center and live chat services. US Interactive regularly updates course material to stay relevant to various state requirements for online courseware. The online course material is played back through a fully skinnable content playback system developed in Adobe Flash.
Seller/Server
Servers and sellers of alcohol in Texas are required to view a TABC-approved course.
We combined existing TABC-mandated course material with new footage to create an approved course for Seller/Server, as well as creating an online version of the course in Adobe Flash. We provide continued content updates, employer reporting and tracking of employee proggress, and full support services.
Takehome
Takehome provides video courses for defensive driving and traffic school on DVD in several different languages, available in Blockbuster Video, Hollywood Video, and Movie Gallery stores, as well as through MovieCube kiosks.
We recently updated this course to feature 3D animated characters we developed entirely in-house. We provide end-to-end product development for Takehome, including video production/editing, localization, post production, DVD authoring, replication, and shipping.
